I'm managing the HR/Finance application called Tress System (Timekeeping and payroll) supporting three locations (Mexicali, Tijuana and Reynosa) and saving money, solving issues. I took Kronos training to support timekeeping and payroll from others places.

- Develop 360° program used by 4 companies in Mexico. - Modification of the program according to the client needs. - Improvements on what is already done to increase efficiency. - Development of reports tailored for users to be more illustrative.

- Propose new solutions to make a more efficient use of time and money. - Teach and help co-workers in the use of more efficient and centralized programs, such as the implementation of a report container, a version control and an inventory system which has traceability. - Update CNC machines with savings of 40k dlls from which it carries out an investigation from start to last update. - Managed applications for Finance like INNOVA, Purchasing Orden System.

- Managed and requested corrections to a warehouse system. - Correct the functioning of the system so that it would be installed in all municipalities of Baja California and thus be administered equally. - Implement, train and support on doubts and/or problems users may have.
