・從數據出發盤點銀行服務流程與服務斷點(工具如: Google Analytics、銀行數據資料庫)，並對內部與外部客戶進行深度訪談，進一步找出客戶痛點與CX洞察的落地機會，滾動式改善現有產品與服務

・負責IOT、AIOT產品線之NPD專案，分析市場競品並釐清業務需求，規劃專案時程、推進產品開發，協同PM團隊進行年度Roadmap規劃、供應商管理、測試資源調配等
・與研發團隊(HW, SW, BIOS, ME...etc.)共同解決開發問題，對產品負責並擔任團隊的溝通橋樑，開發過程協助RD與QA進行產品測試、疑難排除，新產品成功量產後也協助業務銷售、行銷推廣
・工作期間完成3項新產品專案並負責開發1項Intel Early Access新產品專案
