As team leader to lead six members to develop casual wear and yoga clothes. According to emerging fashion trends, I also need to take responsibility to make plans and take all of development process control for each season product fabric, colors, shapes and any kinds of details as well as pilot the team to achieve the goal. Also, I will do market research to obtain customer feedback and voice to make product meet customer’s requirements. Meanwhile, developing samples to present the fabric properties and functionalities of fabric in Fabric Exhibition to win the business order for company.
