Babak (Bobby) Bagheri is a longtime Maryland real estate expert with extensive knowledge in representing tenants and landlords in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial leases. Over the course of his career, Babak (Bobby) Bagheri has provided knowledgeable advice on business formation and governance, as well as acquisitions and sales. Currently based in Bethesda, Mr. Bagheri heads North Development, LLC, and undertakes single-family residential property tear-down and building projects. Overseeing everything from architectural design to the construction process, he manages projects right up to completion and sale. Active among his legal peers, Babak (Bobby) Bagheri facilitated a 2015 retail leasing seminar at the Maryland State Bar Association’s Small Business Bootcamp. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, he earned his BA in political science and history magna cum laude. He subsequently completed his juris doctor at the George Washington University School of Law.
