入科技業才約10年初頭，與許多前輩相比眇乎小哉。 在和碩聯合科技股份有限公司的3年，是初入科技業的楔子，很感謝當時從眾多資料庫中挑中我面試的主管，是我人生中的貴人之一。 雖然主職為該處級部門近百人的總管大臣，但主管願意栽培，也給予了一些ODM的專案(例:EPSON、Haier、ASUS...等)讓我兼任PM。 該部門助理除了處理所有行政雜務之外，還身兼部門所有研發料件保管及分派，在行政部分最有成就的部分是直至離職時，身上掛上百台機台帳及上百顆keypart，只有一台機器帳找不到。 兼任PM的部分，很感謝主管的栽培，學會了跨單位溝通及合作、與客戶溝通及英文語文能力的增進。 但後來由於內部無正式PM職缺可轉任，希望能正式成為PM的我，則選擇進入華碩科技股份有限公司服務。 任職於華碩科技股份有限公司，擔任Software PM(職稱為產品工程師)已屆滿八年半，前六年半負責軟體研發部門Notebook軟體導入事務管理。主要工作為軟體研發部門在專案中執行軟體的導入及RD與其它部門、工廠間的溝通橋樑，負責管理專案流程、時程追蹤、參與Bug追蹤、隨時補充新科技知識及部門內專業課程。 期間負責共三百多個專案，由於熱愛遊戲，主動爭取作為Gaming機種專案負責人，ASUS第一台硬體Macro Key G751就是從我手中誕生的。 最有成就的部分為第一年將工廠產線流程，透過新工廠流程，將產線時間平均減少一個多小時。每年為了參展、改善公司、工廠間流程，與大家一起討論、打拼努力，是最好最棒的回憶。 後一年半由於認為Image team發展有限，想突破自我再學習更多軟體相關事務，則申請轉單位至軟體研發部門擔任Application SW PM。負責單支App開發、規劃、驗證、導入至專案機種中及維護軟體運作。 期間學到一個專案從無到有，從發想、TA、進入開發、時程控制、風險控制、開發問題追蹤及處理，SPEC擬定，跨部門溝通等等，在短短的一年半間，讓我獲益良多。在此期間負責將近20支軟體的開發及維護。 最有成就的時候，則是搭配專有的機台推出的AP一起上市。ScreenPad1.0中的Music Player、Online Video Player；ScreenPad2.0中的Numkey、Opening video、RDX mode player皆是我負責的項目。 在ASUS中曾獲得獎項: 2014 ASUS The Best Design Thinking Team Award - ASUS Transformer Book T100 2017 ASUS The Best Design Thinking Team Award - ASUS ZenBook Flip S UX370 2018 ASUS The Best Design Thinking Team Award - ASUS ZenBook Pro UX580

過去就讀於嘉義縣之私立南華大學，由佛光山創立之創辦人星雲法師集百萬人興學之願力而創辦，是佛光山創辦的第一所綜合型大學。 由於選讀社會科學院國際關係學系，一直以來專讀兩岸關係，除了學術理論外，也學會了簡體中文閱讀及書寫。 本校與她校較為不同的地方，極為推廣通識課程，課程都偏向古典文學、文青走向，例如:詩經、攝影美學、神話...等等。 當時最喜歡的科目都是選修課程；日文及三國演義。由於從很小開始即接處電玩遊戲，而當時充斥著日本電玩、動漫及日文歌曲，造成對日文有極大的興趣，特別選修系上最嚴格日文老師的課程，成績一直是班上前五，也讓現在的我出國日本沒有太大的負擔。 三國演義則是因為從很小就接觸電玩三國誌，加上家中幼兒時期的讀物也常常閱讀該故事，而有某些程度的熟悉，進而被老師指定為該班小老師，且以98分的高分取得學分。 在學期間曾參與及擔當春暉社美宣、耘心社美宣、雅樂團古琴、笙樂手；鼓手及系學會執行秘書。 春暉社及耘心社皆為服務當地國中小學小朋友，帶團康活動並輔導其功課或生活煩惱，印象最深是學期結束後還能收到輔導之小朋友的感謝信，感到非常感動且印象深刻。 雅樂團為本校專屬中國古典樂隊，與一般現代國樂團不同，旨在提供學生認識古代禮樂文化到落實到現代教育的指導精神。常常代表學校至各地參加活動表演，甚至受邀至國外做親善交流演出。 系學會執行秘書則是負責輔助系會長督導公關組、活動組、攝影組、採購組之各項職務；調派需求學生人數以支持公關組、活動組、攝影組、採購組各組及其他會長交辦事項。 系學會當時舉辦相當多成功的活動，舉凡聯合系所迎新會(火球舞)、每年校慶活動，及舉辦系上名人講座等。最有印象有次邀請劇團來系上表演，團長謝其文在後來也成為電視名人，經典廣告是樂透彩廣告「喜歡嗎？爸爸買給你。」
