Tested selected products at specified stages in production process for performance characteristics or adherence to specifications. Scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance actions based on failure analysis. Examined incoming Pumps and compared to documentation for accuracy and quality. Managed quality assurance initiatives. Inspected products and machines to maintain quality and efficiency. Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality. Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Conducted statistical studies to analyze or compare production costs for sustainable and non-sustainable designs.

Performing data & configuration archiving of both on-line & off-line systems as per procedure. Guiding technicians in carrying out vibration analysis & other data collected to diagnose/troubleshoot rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measures. Guides technicians in building Condition monitoring database in the software, scheduling routes for new units/plants as situation arises. Following up rotating equipment's overhaul and any other relevant rotating equipment related activities and ensures the technicians collect pertaining data. Participating in Reliability improvement programs and Root Cause Failure Analysis process of Rotating equipment as and when required. Participating in plant turnaround/shutdown activities as and when required. Carrying out extensive analysis on the vibration & other data collected to diagnose/ troubleshoot rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measures. Responsible for analysis of vibration data using vibration diagnostics software like CSI make AMS Machinery Health Manager and Bently Nevada System 1 MHM.

Supervising a team of Condition monitoring technicians and responsible to ensure that they carry out Condition monitoring activities within Kuwait Oil Company complex as per established norms. Ensuring the maintenance & availability of all Condition monitoring instruments, tools, accessories, on-line & off-line systems and software's as per guidelines and also performs routine in-house checking. Ensuring the Condition monitoring instruments and tools are calibrated as per the set procedure in order to comply with company audit requirements. Responsible for carrying out Baroscopic Inspection of all rotary and reciprocating machines available in KOC gathering centers and Booster stations. Responsible for Monitoring Vibration data of all rotating machineries available in KOC Gathering centers and Booster stations Collected by CSI make 2130 Data collector Responsible for downloading and uploading the parameters, analyzing the spectrums/problems and giving recommendation. Archiving the data for history and retrieval as and when required. Maintaining equipment files that contain equipment datasheets, maintenance history etc.
