Senior Engineer

1. 遊戲網站後台開發與維護 (Python flask + VueJS in Docker)
串接客戶API，並統計呈現遊戲過程資料生成報表，縮短遊戲開發時程。
2. 客服操作後台系統開發與維護 (PHP + ReactJS + VueJS in Docker)
協助客服人員掌控消費紀錄、出入金流、獎勵發送。即時文字客服聊天系統，自動雙向機器翻譯。
降低超過一半客訴率以及擴大服務人數比例兩倍以上。
軟體工程師
負責人臉辨識系統的前端門禁機系統程式開發，以及後端的 API 製作與維護。
