Manage working relations, providing support in legal matters and discipline processes. Also keep participating in the general HR services related to the plants, regarding talent administration, recruiting, attention to staff, services for the employees, training, events, communication and work envirnment, attention to audits, and since I've changed from plant location I still also support the Manager of the smaller plant remotely with the recruiting team, training, payroll and HHRR communications.
