Bernard Piccione began his career in technology with the US military. He was too tall to fulfill his dream of becoming a fighter pilot, but he found his calling in complex, state of the art technology systems ranging from computer to high explosive missile systems. When his time with the military was over, Bernard entered the ADP (Automatic Data Processing) sector as a Sr. Systems & Networking Engineer. He used his military experience to earn a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University. He received multiple awards for his work as the Director of Technology at the Social Law Library. Bernard Piccione used his degrees, experience, and extensive knowledge to enter the world of healthcare technology. He worked as the Senior Director of the Software Quality Assurance at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Due to his hard work and excellent results, Bernard was recruited by the CEO of Advanced Patient Advocacy LLC, to build an Enterprise IT platform. He successfully designed and implemented their Online University Program. Due to his accomplishments, Bernard was also recruited by H.I.G. (previously know as Harvard Investment Group) and the CEO of MagnaCare to build a capable Enterprise IT Platform. Bernard Piccione’s most recent position was the Chief Information Officer at Complex Care Solutions. He was responsible for the implementation of the Learning Management System & Online University that allowed over 1,000 nurses to educate themselves on HIPAA from home. Through this, he saved the company over $1 million dollars annually. Now Bernard serves as the Chief Information Officer, or CIO, of InterDent. This group provides business and administrative support to dental practices around the country. Bernard is also the Founder of Ingenuity Advisory Partners Inc., a full-service consulting group whose portfolio includes global expansion, IT strategy, business intelligence, and more.
