Defect inspection machine: Develop algorithms for products and complete a complete set of computer vision inspection system (Machine Vision) to streamline manpower and improve accuracy. 2. Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT): Intelligent integration of factories in the factory, providing solutions to achieve the purpose of intelligent production. 3. Smart manufacturing exhibition(Nangang): Assist in handling exhibition matters and poster material production, and introduce the station during the exhibition to achieve the goal of promotion and application. 4. Shinkong environmental security network system: For the emission equipment and fire alarm point monitoring system (SCADA) of the whole plant, the abnormality is reported immediately to achieve self-management and foresight. 5. Electricity power monitoring system: For power consumption monitoring, and set up Web Service real-time display, to achieve energy saving and power saving. 6. Equipment operation monitoring system: To monitor the service equipment of the whole plant, and set up a Web Service to set the monitoring and early warning values to achieve the benefits of predictive maintenance. 7. EMS system: Set up Web Service to provide maintenance filing, filing tracking, spare parts linking and other functions in the factory to increase work efficiency.
