Hello, I am Bokai Zhang(Brian). I studied in the Electro-Optical Engineering, Taipei University of Science and Technology(NTUT), and graduated from the Department of Physics, Tunghai University(THU). The four years of studying in the physics department of the university have cultivated my understanding and logical thinking, as well as my curiosity to pursue the truth. In my graduate school stage, I was fortunate to participate in industry-university cooperation in the industry(ASUS), the content was about : 1. 1D surface relief grating (SRG) waveguide system design/simulation/raytracing/optimization. 2. Analyze grating diffraction efficiency by RCWA. 3. Design and verify wide field of view AR grating layout form k-domain

- Research and develop the optical layout design of augmented reality (Augmented Reality, AR)head-mounted display products. - According to the layout principle k-domain, calculated the appropriate grating period, waveguide refractive index and grating layout range. - According to the requirements of the supervisor, design the AR optical waveguide hardware with a 60 degree field of view. - Use optical simulation software (RSoft, LightTools) to design one-dimensional gratings and waveguides, simulate and verify the correctness of AR layout principles. - Cooperate with the optimization algorithm developed by colleagues to optimize the luminance uniformity of imaging light. - Compiled AR optical waveguide simulation SOP design and optimization process.
