The hacienda includes a 4 bdrm, 4 1/2 bath main residence + 4 bdrm, 3 bath courtyard guest wing + office, pool, tennis court, and fruit orchard. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Hands-on management and maintenance of all aspects of home and property. • Vet and establish relationships with multiple vendors and day laborers. • Provide daily, year-round security. • Available 24/7 for emergencies during family/quest visits to ensure satisfaction and safety. • Prepare home and maintain fully landscaped areas in guest-ready condition for owner and guest use. • Manage media and or work with contractors to troubleshoot systems to be fully operational at all times. • Maintain all vehicles to a high standard: (1) work truck, (2) ATVs, (1) Quad (1) Personal truck in guest-ready condition at the Jet port.
