Cedric Fernando MD, FAAFP has served the East Tennessee Tri-City region admirably through his medical practice for 36 years. Fernando became a board-certified physician in 1988 when he successfully passed the Family Medicine Board Certification. A family man at heart, Fernando is married to his wife of 35 years and together they have raised three children who all share their parents' passion for helping others. In his free time, Fernando enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and watching college football.
