o Achieved a cost-saving initiative of $2.76M USD by collaborating with ODMs and Intel to transform business model of Ethernet IC.

o Led Newcomen project with a team of 3 members focused on automation related tasks. Introduced GPS GC shortage dashboard, offering a comprehensive and real-time overview of shortages for 30+ commodities from 7+ ODMs across 3 sites. Collaborated with Governance team to design DtFC (Deliver to First Commit) metrics and successfully rolled out to 40+ team members and 60+ suppliers.
o Led Ri-Xin project with a team of 3 members aimed at digital transformation for shortage management. Coordinated among various teams including GPS, GSM and Factory Ops. Achieved a 20% reduction in human effort and saved 0.6 hours per user per day. Benefited over 50 users across different stakeholders.
o Initiated Big Bang project since 2020 to self-study and develop automation skills (e.g, UiPath and excel). Inspired team to join the self-learning group engaging over 30 participants and hosting over 30 learning sessions.
