Dear Sirs / Madams: I started my work since 2018 to work at Innova Telecom company as Technical Team Leader. This is a Hong Kong company. The main services in this company are MPLS, Network Operating, IDC infrastructure and System Integration. Who are you: I am in charge of the - maintaining network systems as BGP, OSPF, NNI(including IPsec and network tunnel, ), Static route and MPLS - I also manage IT team including provide training, coaching, communication with team members regarding/about their expectation and development - In addition, I also do some Consulting and technical support with clients, Plan, organize, control, evaluate IT and Network operation.
