Researh Assistant @ Taichung Veterans General Hospital
I received a master's degree in epidemiology and preventive medicine from National Taiwan University. In graduate school, my research topic is molecular epidemiology, which mainly explores the relationship between gene polymorphism and osteoporosis. Since 2016, I have been working as a research assistant in the Precision Medicine Promotion Group of Taichung Veterans General Hospital to assist in the analysis of next-generation sequencing and genome-wide association study. During my work, I gained experience in constructing DNA, RNA analysis pipeline, server management, spark decentralized computing, and GWAS analysis using the TWB array developed by Academia Sinica. I am also willing to accept opportunities and challenges to advance myself and the company in the research and service of precision medicine.
