- Planned quarterly keywords based on Google Trends and created more interactive weekly newsletters and e-newsletters for subscribers, resulting in a 30% increase in donations the following year.


Project Management
- Headed a team of five to develop 4 routes and a detailed handbook through interviews and research for a historical tour in Xindian District, New Taipei City.
- Established yearly work schedules, controlled print production budgets, and oversaw various visual design projects. 
- Signed authorized terms with 5 writers and 14 material owners to fully renew the publishing project, completing the project one month before the deadline.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 
- Detected popular keywords and optimized article titles using Google Search Console.
- Add 12 Japanese organic search phrases, increase software downloads by 50% in Q2, and attract 15,000 organic visitors within a month.


Brand Marketing
- Assisted the Business Development team in reaching out to Japanese design communities and individual KOLs for Affiliate Marketing, achieving the campaign's target by 130%.
