Role Description ||
I am an accomplished Strategic Operations Specialist in TTS Special Project Team, with a focus on driving business growth and delivering key strategic moves in the SEA market. In this dynamic role, I do both independent work and lots of cross-functional work, tackling diverse critical challenges to keep our business growing fast (e.g., market-entry, competitor analysis, building local partnerships, etc).
This role requires both strong planning & execution abilities, strong flexibility and adaptability, and communication skills to deliver the right business result in a very limited period.
Projects Covered || Planned and coordinated cross-functional resources to execute multiple projects, including payment, logistics, warehousing, merchant growth, user experience, the review process, and influencer-driven sales, accumulating rich experience in project execution.
Skillsets || Strategic planning, platform operation, cross-functional communication, project management, market research, competitor analysis, Go-to-market strategy, business model evaluation, merchant growth, campaign planning, data analytics, etc.

-Assisted in designing and driving affiliate strategy, increasing the efficiency of influencer and merchant-driven sales, and increasing affiliate GMV by 30%.
