Christopher “Chris” Eschenburg is an Ocean City, Maryland-based custom home builder with more than two decades of experience. He is the owner of Construction Delmarva, which he founded in 2014, and previously worked as a construction manager for the Fortune 100 home builder Toll Brothers. Chris Eschenburg is a Licensed Maryland Home Builder and Master Carpenter.
Throughout his distinguished career, Chris Eschenburg has managed hundreds of residential, commercial, and government construction projects ranging in value from $5,000 to $1 million. He oversees all aspects of site operations and has experience leading teams of more than 25 subcontractors and tradespeople. He is also versed in business development and oversees all day to day operations for Construction Delmarva.
Christopher Eschenburg has additional experience as a finish carpenter at a company in Berlin, Maryland, and a carpenter with Dave Parker Fine Homes, Inc., where he constructed multiple homes featured in Fine Home Building Magazine. He received a certificate for sediment and erosion control from Cape Fear Community College.
