I. Brand Marketing
- Responsible for Triumph brand, total 188 full price stores and 5 outlet stores
- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external marketing strategy in consistency with the international brand development strategy
- Take the marketing plan across all channels including controlled space, owned space, department stores, wholesale.
- Deliver and execute effective and innovative integrated campaign strategies and best-in-class communication concepts aligned to KPIs, target audience, brand values and positioning, and ensure tracking and reporting of results.
- Brief and project manage agencies in regional development of the campaigns, programs.
- Align local country marketing teams to central strategies and programs.
- Delivered VM strategy aligning with global guideline throughout the store.
II. Budget Management
- Efficiently utilize A&P budget to enhance profitability/KPI of responsible products through marketing tools.
- Manage A&P budgets, expenses, and invoices for all activities to ensure accurate, up to date records.
III. Loyalty Program
- Collaborate with CRM team to ensure integrated campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
- Support loyalty program communication design and counter display (ex. Brand Day counter display)
- Assist manager to coordinate of the loyalty related customer query and complains consistency among Frontier-CDP-line OA.
