我來自香港, 國中的時候考到了新加坡教育部的海外獎學金而獨身前往新加坡念書. 畢業於新加坡南洋理工大學，電子電機工程系. 我太太是台灣人，我們計畫是繼續在台灣定居，我入籍台灣.

在新加坡當了8年數學老師, 然後來了台灣也在教了2年. 覺得自己在教育這一塊好像沒什麼成長的空間, 希望投身其他我有興趣的產業。我深信遊戲產業在接下來這幾年會繼續迅速發展.

我在新加坡使用雙語會話，對我自己的中英文能力都滿有信心. 對於東南亞消費者文化有一定的了解。

我在目前的工作單位上也累積了不少遊戲產業的相關經驗，我覺得是時候邁向更高的挑戰。

I am from Hong Kong, I got an overseas scholarship from the Singapore Ministry of Education when I was in high school and went to Singapore to study alone. I graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, with a major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My wife is Taiwanese, and we plan to continue to live in Taiwan. I am naturalized Taiwan.


I worked as a math teacher in Singapore for 8 years, and then came to Taiwan to teach for 2 years. I feel that I don’t have much room to grow in the field of education, and I hope to join other industries that I am interested in. I am convinced that the game industry will continue to grow rapidly in the next few years.

Growing up in Singapore, I am bilingual and have confidence in my Chinese and English skills. I have a certain understanding of Southeast Asian consumer culture.

I have also accumulated a lot of relevant experience in the game industry in my current job, and I think it is time to take a higher challenge.

Product promotion: lead the product development of the dev team, setting demand priorities and plan iteration of products

Project Management:

- Previously responsible for the communications between 9 Gaming and other platforms, technical support and new function development

- Currently responsible for the development of the new project Triton Play from 0 to 1, from the back office to the design of the client end, using wireframe and flow chart to communicate with the development team, coordinate, update the progress of the project, control the quality and risk of the project

Management system construction: design products, manage the project, conducting tests, deploy management systems and processes from scratch, formulate an agile and agile development framework, use JIRA to practice agile development process construction (Scrum), use Figma and Bookstack to assist information flow and transparency

Work performance: Discuss the establishment and improvement of the JIRA development process with senior management and Scrum Master, improve the ability and efficiency of the R&D team, and make good use of interpersonal relationships to create an excellent working environment and atmosphere
