Over the course of his decades-long military career, Ciro Stefano rose from the lowest rank in the Army to become a Colonel and direct large-scale operations both domestically and abroad. Ciro Stefano is a MacArthur Leadership Award winner and an honor graduate from the Army's elite Ranger School. Mr. Stefano has studied extensively in the public sector, earning a BS in business management (cum laude) from Texas A&M University and an MBA (summa cum laude ) from Webster University. He went on to work in the colligate environment as a Professor, teaching problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, diversity, inclusion, safety, risk and regulatory compliance, and effective communications at the United States Military Academy at West Point and heading the Department of Military Science at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. For the past 2 years, Ciro Stefano has advised the adjutant general (TAG) of the New York National Guard (NYNG), providing strategic assistance to TAG, as well as the State Joint Force Headquarters. His work contributes to the training proficiency and operational readiness of nearly 10,000 NYNG Soldiers.
