Valuation Specialist

Responsible for determining my opinion of value in residential real estate. Communicating with account managers and team leads about market changes throughout the United States. Valued homes across the nation while being the team lead in the markets of Missouri, Atlanta, San Antonio, Austin and Houston. As a team lead I performed market analysis on a weekly basis to determine how the market is shifting in order to make the best offer in a competitive market.


Responsible for guiding sellers when selling their home. This involves executing contracts, managing expectations with sellers, Customer service, and communicating with several parties involved in the selling process. Responsible for setting recommended list price and all things of selling a home.

Responsible for procuring all materials needed for all active jobs. Such as, safety equipment, workflow efficiency of purchasing, deliveries, and communication with many businesses and personnel. Responsible for operating all trailers, including a 30’ hydraulic dump trailer. Pro-actively communicating with project managers to ensure that all required material is on the job site prior to needing the material.

Responsible for generating revenue, relationships with customers, obtaining renewals, training “Customer Advocates”, maintained proper inventories, educated service leaders, as well as, managing all of our service routes for the San Antonio and Austin area. Trained to pilot as an innovation collaborator for the company. Assisted in managing our production line to maintain workflow and efficient output. Maintained proper inventories for all of our customers and created long lasting relationships. Met and exceeded $20,000 of renewals annually.
