PT. Praja Ghupta Utama is a construction company that builds highways to connect two or more provinces in our country. I started as a Construction Manager Logistic in that company. As a construction logistics manager my responsibility for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, development, and optimization of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project. Manage the movement of people, goods, and equipment at the construction site and control site facilities management. The main Equipment in our project is called an Asphalt Mixing Plant which produces bitumen, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and filler which become a Hotmix through laboratory tests so the construction logistics manager should ensure that the construction team is fully aware of logistics activities in support of the project. Planning internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points.

PT. HOATYK is a Construction company that is related to OIL and Gas Project. I started my career at this company as a Site manager. In this company, my job description is fully responsible for checking designs and drawings, selecting tools and materials, coordinating and supervising construction workers, and Finding ways to prevent problems because I have to ensure that a construction project is completed on time, safely, and within budget. PT. HOATYK is a branch company from Government PT.PERTAMINA. PT.PERTAMINA is a Company supplier of Oil and Gas to the public so the major item construction project that we built includes piping systems, docks for Tanker and Bunker Ship, and massive OIL tanks to accommodate large volumes of reserve oil. I have worked for four years as a Site Manager at that company before I serve as a Project Manager with large responsibilities, for example supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs, hiring subcontractors, report project scope for the stakeholder.

I started my career in the PT. Jakarta Baru Grup after I have finished my Graduation as Surveyor Engineering. The Major Project of this Company"s is to build bridges and docks(jetty/port) so my specialization is marine survey indeed. I As a Marine surveyor, my job description is to focus on analyzing the contour of layout of bodies of water like a lake, ocean and rivers because the Construction crew use marine surveyor data before beginning construction on bridges, docks or piping systems. We uses infrastructure tools to collect data like a Theodolit, Total Station, and GPS. based on our data and direction, Pile driving Ship can maneuver to the right position to handling the pipe piling foundation.
