As a senior program manager, I help turn ideas into products by analyzing complex business requirements, prioritizing tasks, designing wireframes and system flows, and coordinating internal sources. By collaborating with other teams, including engineering, UI designers, Sales, and Customer Services, I actively look for the best solution and drive the product roadmap to accomplish our business goals while communicating progress to all stakeholders, ensuring everybody is kept up to date with the latest status of the development. I also arrange interviews with business units to study their requirements and collect key statistics and relevant information to help directors make the right business decisions. I also break down complicated problems into actionable tasks and ensure that they are completed on schedule. Accomplishments include: - Managed the partner engagement platform which allows all Gogoro’s partners to create purchase orders, file warranty claims, open support tickets, etc. - Collaborated with other teams to build a FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) platform that enables the operation team to better manage firmware upgrades of Gogoro scooters, battery exchange stations and batteries. - Managed Gogoro’s billing system which handles the monthly bills and payments of all Gogoro scooter subscribers as well as enterprise customers.

Provided design driven software consultancy services for startup companies to build/enhance their apps and websites. • Helped incubating ideas using storyboards, wireframes, keynotes, and sketches to provoke insights and get user feedback. • Collaborated with UI/UX designers to craft the interactive mockups for internal evaluations. • Involved heavily in the development stage by deriving the functional and non-functional requirements from the mockups and storyboard and create prioritized product roadmap. • Incubated our own ideas and developed our own app (Quotify on Apple Store), which is an artistic social network platform for quote lovers to create and share their own content. Implemented the app in Objective-C and Swift and the backend server in NodeJS and hosted the server on AWS. • Incorporated statistical analysis software (such as Mixpanel, Branch.io, etc) for data collection and performed A/B testing to find out the bottlenecks and improve activation and retention rates.

Accomplishments include: • Led various media asset management solution designs and implementations for Fox International Channels (FIC), including MundoFox in L.A., FIC Italy, FIC Spain, FIC UK, and FIC Bulgaria. • Managed multi-system integration projects which provided an end-to-end global content distribution solution for National Geographic Channels in Washington, D.C. and Ministry of Culture and Information in Riyadh. • Delivered on-site technical consultancy services to media enterprises, including the Fox Broadcasting Company in L.A., TVB in Hong Kong, FIC Europe and US. • Held technical trainings, presentations, reference case studies for internal staffs and global partners, including Cisco, Dell, and EMC/Isilon, as well as regional system integrators and resellers. • Provided technical documentation for products and solutions, including datasheets, user manuals, and workflow diagrams. • Promoted Gorilla’s products and solutions at trade shows, including the National Association of Broadcasters in Las Vegas (2011-2013) and the International Broadcast Convention in Amsterdam (2011-2012).
