• Managing Corning MCT expansion and retrofit projects detailed schedule and working plan for overall project team • Controlling MCT expansion and retrofit projects budget in reasonable expense charge including manpower resources arrangement and indirectly materials purchase • Supervising suppliers on-site working status for safety, ensuing suppliers follow Corning safety rules while working in Corning plant • Establishing equipment final acceptance conditions report, and cooperating with suppliers to complete factory-acceptance-test (FAT), then handover the equipment (process line) to Corning plant-site group • Supporting suppliers to do on-site debugging/troubleshooting and make sure the equipment is working well-functioning under mass production • Delivering essential skill that including equipment operation and maintenance knowledge to Corning plant-site group • Evaluating the true value for old-version inspection equipment retrofit, conducting mechanical design work, installation schedule arrangement, new functionality verification, and acceptance conditions report for Corning plant-site group
