- Supervise the activities of the IT Services Monitoring team to ensure the
team can perform its responsibilities effectively
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for monitoring IT
services and responding to alerts and outages.
-Monitor all bank systems’ uptime and performance(Network,ATM,Apps,Server utilization,Database,etc) through monitoring tools, alerts, dashboards etc
- Support reliability, Stability of bank services
- Coordinate with other IT teams and stake holder to resolve any issues or incident identified by IT Service Monitoring based on : (User complaint,Monitoring Alert, Dashboard,Etc)
- Conduct chronological recording and documentation related to incidents that occur and report to stake holder
- Ensure the team can provide timely and accurate reporting on the status
of all IT services
- Ensure the team has access to necessary tools and resources to perform
their duties effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the IT
Services Monitoring team can effectively perform its responsibilities
-Facilitate timely and accurate communications of the IT Service status
