Report directly to CFO. Responsible to strategically positioned the Bank as publicly listed company to investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Support and lead fundraising through debt and equity channel under CFO supervision. Involved in dealings with lots of banks, asset management, venture capital, private equity, debt lender and impact investor. Handle reporting preparation such as annual report, sustainability report, fact sheet, shareholder report and other regulatory reporting. Work closely with other function, such as corporate secretary, compliance and risk management. Involved in corporate action such as IPO [ticker: AMAR].

Major role to led and coordinate cross-functional projects with other department, such as sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D and finance. Achievements includes; Revamped whole packaging shapes and designs, proposed a partnership with local packaging manufacturers, and create structured supply chain management system. The company benefitted from reducing its dependence on imported products to only 20% from the previous 80%, which leads to cost-saving up to IDR 3 bio a year. Initiate re-arrangement of distributorship policy, e.g. purchase order policy, increasing 25-30% revenue contribution from distributors. Developed customised ERP and Cost-Cutting initiative driving potential operational cost saving up to 5%

Responsible for; project leading, deal sourcing, transaction arrangement, due diligence, financial model, valuation, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He also deployed as project leader in several Thornhill Capital’s clients with various industry such as; mining, tour & travel, retail boutique, beauty clinic, cosmetic, skincare, and etc.

Started through 12-months Management Trainee Program. Experienced in working with SMEs to large corporations. Involved in credit-dealings as buy-side with clients from various industry, i.e. FMCG, chemical plastic, automotive, oil and gas, and others. Main exposure in relationship-building, business development and business analysis. Work closely with credit analyst, credit risk manager, credit admin, and legal credit dept. to ensure credit underwriting workflow done as per bank procedure.
