1. Supporting the agent area sales team where the team is responsible for providing administrative support to the agent area sales team. This includes assisting them in managing sales processes such as sales strategy and coordinating communications between the sales team and related departments, and ultimately ensuring smooth sales operations in the field
2. Responsible for monitoring area agent sales reports, which include data on sales performance, sales trends and future sales projections. This report will be used by management to make strategic decisions.
3. Calculation of daily tracking reports for AWB agents and the percentages they must achieve
4. Discuss plans and strategies with each agent (short term and long term)
5. Make sales target calculations that will be compared monthly
6. Record AWB agent data which will be combined every month to see graphs of agent increases and decreases
7. Follow up and monitor Sales / Marketing activities of all agents
8. Ensure agent development and achievements remain on track in accordance with plan & strategy
9. Problem solving and coordinating agent obstacles that occur internally or externally
10. Provide daily agent progress feedback to superiors
