I am working as a Risk Analyst in Genpact Axis Risk Consulting in which I have managed 14+ clients vendors and done their risk assessment successfully. I have communicated them about the project standards and manage their huge information from different ERP and various emails. In this project I have done following things as follows 1. Zoom communication with client I also have 17 months of experience in software industry as a Business Analyst. Experience in writing RFP. Experience in writing Software requirement specification (SRS). Experienced in creating Test Cases, Test Plan, and Test Data. Defects Reporting and Tracking Knowledge of tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Test Link, Defect Tracking. Knowledge in functional and non functional testing which includes Unit, Integration, System, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Back Box, Stress, Load Testing in manual testing. Knowledge of creating Wireframes using Balsamic tool. Excellent communication, presentation, client interaction and problem solving skills.
