Don Winger

CEO @ CAPINTERACT
The founder of software development firm AnalytX, Don Winger grew the New York City-based company to 120 employees and opened offices in San Francisco, London, and Belgrade. His accomplishments with the firm include the creation of the Private Equity Office (PEO) platform for alternative assets and the Venture Complete software application, whose early adopters included JP Morgan and GE Capital. After the firm’s acquisition by efront (now Blackrock) Don Winger served as chief officer of technology and innovation. Mr. Winger earned a bachelor of arts in philosophy from Randolph-Macon College and a master of business administration from George Mason University. Early in his career, he spent six years as a management consultant with PWC and five years as CEO of Object Capital Tech. In the latter role, he helped develop a Fixed Asset Securitization Transaction (FAST) system that was used to reverse engineer more than $1 trillion in Wall Street securitization deals. For the past five years, Don Winger has served as CEO of Capinteract, working on product design and development for FinTech software applications focused on the capital markets. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking and practicing yoga.
