Donald Graham serves as managing member of Golden Graham Properties (GGP), a real estate development firm headquartered in Calimesa, California. Under his direction, GGP works to identify, purchase, and revamp distressed properties with an eye toward improving neighborhoods and communities. Donald Graham took leadership of the Calimesa-based company in 2015, and since then he has spearheaded redevelopment projects in the surrounding Southern California region as well as in Florida and Nevada. Mr. Graham’s entrepreneurial pursuits extend to ongoing responsibilities with Green Energy Solutions (GES). As the owner and chief financial officer since 2009, he has built GES into an award-winning provider of energy management services to local utilities. His tenure has seen GES increase its contract value nearly twofold while maintaining a diverse staff with a retention rate of 70 percent over the last 10 years. Donald Graham brings to his entrepreneurial career a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California. His academic background also includes receiving a master’s in education and training from Southern Illinois University and studying law at California Southern Law School.
