After completing a bachelor's degree at NYU, Dorianne Van Dyke went on to earn a juris doctor from New York Law School in 2009. She began her career as an attorney at Newsweek, Inc., where she drafted writer, artist, and talent agreements, and helped protect intellectual property through licensing and rights management. Dorianne Van Dyke worked for three years in this role before joining the Media Law Resource Center as a staff attorney for the MLRC Institute. Around the same time, she served as General Counsel to Blipshift.
Ms. Van Dyke works at Axiom Law where she has provided counsel to legal teams and business executives at Fortune 100 companies including Two Sigma Investments, LP, MetLife, Inc., American Express, and Johnson & Johnson.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Van Dyke enjoys creative writing, reading, and watching documentaries. She is a member of The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Apollo Circle and a Tilden Conservator of The New York Public Library.
