Dr. Dwaun Warmack currently serves as the 9th President of Claflin University. Prior to that, he served as the president at Harris-Stowe State University. With over two decades of progressive experience in higher education, Dr. Warmack has a well-deserved reputation for transforming not only colleges and universities to reach their highest potential, but the entire educational system as a whole. After earning numerous promotions in his field, Dwaun Warmack became one of the youngest presidents of a four-year higher education institution in the country. Under his leadership and guidance, applications to HSSU almost quadrupled, with enrollment increasing by more than 34%. Additionally, the university's first master's degree program was developed for the first time in its 161-year history.
