同時代表公司及台灣廠商參加國內相關產業展會,進行實地東協訪查、通路合作開發、消費者問卷調、及整合國內外市場商業資訊,包括主力通路、相關法規、市場現況、消費趨勢、產品定位等商情資訊研究蒐集,並與欲南向開發廠商,做市場開發諮詢,且順利的將台灣製產品進軍東協市場。更多工作項目及績效如下:

1.管理委外市場開發代理商,成功發掘超過30間東協市場(印度、印尼、越南、泰國)主要當地通路商,包括Amazon、Snapdeal、Sephora、ACE hardware及SAHAPAT,進行合作模式談判,主要產業包括食品、保健食品、運動、美妝、3C家電。
2.參與台商印尼媒合計畫案”Wow Taiwan Selects”,直接與當地美妝業龍頭Sephora Head Of Merchandising-Ita Puspita進行商品合作提案。
3.成功推廣Unitouch (優莉緹面膜)進軍印尼美妝市場,與Sephora簽約上架銷售;促成萬國通路(台灣行李箱領導品牌EMINENT)與印尼中高階家居百貨ACE hardware合作機會,以及為聯華食品與泰國協成昌集團(SAHAPAT)開啟合作契機。
4.負責”新南向政策執行前端商機調研”專案,區域包括印度、印尼、越南,進行當地市場開通路,、整體可能流通結構(含利潤)、各國當地認證及相關法規、以及未來消費者市場上可能機會及挑戰,給予台灣廠商初期市場開發建議,及與當地通路合作模式。
5.參與國家經濟部貿易局”越南與印度線上支付”及”清真認證研究”專案,負責當地消費趨勢分析(消費產業、購物金額、付款模式、線上線下購物趨勢)及認證分析包括(清真消費產業、清真購物族群探索、各國認證資訊透明化、認證步驟教學)。

Main scope of responsibilities:
Management and development on major market channels for ASEAN markets including India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates. Maintaint main industries products varies in sports, beauty, 3C, home appliances, and online access industry trends. Carry out cooperation and communication among Taiwanese manufacturers and Asean traders, with detailed negotiations on cooperation; also provide the analysis of competitive products with the same attributes, sales-related business conditions, import and export taxation, and barriers to non-tariff trade.
Organize and participate in domestic related industry exhibitions, conduct on-site Asean visits in order to gain channel cooperation and development. Work on integration of domestic and foreign market business information, including the main channel, relevant regulations, market conditions, consumer trends, products Positioning and other business intelligence information research and collection, and with the desire to develop the manufacturer to the south, do market development consulting, more work items and performance are as follows:

1. Manage the outsourcing market development agency and successfully explored over 30 major local distributors of Asean markets (India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand), including Amazon, Snapdeal, Sephora, ACE hardware and SAHAPAT, to negotiate cooperation models. 3. Participate in the Taiwanese Matchmaking Project "Wow Taiwan Selects" and directly collaborate with the local beauty industry leader Sephora Head Of Merchandising-Ita Puspita.
4. Successfully promoted Unitouch to enter the Indonesian beauty makeup market and signed a sales agreement with Sephora; contributed to the cooperation opportunities between Wanguo Road (the leading luggage brand of Taiwan luggage EMINENT) and Indonesian high-end home department store ACE hardware, as well as to Lianhua Food. 5. Participated in the Ministry of Economic Affairs Bureau of Trade “Online Payments in Vietnam and India”and“Halal Certification Research”project, responsible for local consumption trend analysis (consumer industry, shopping amount, payment model, online and offline shopping trends) and certification analysis including (halal Consumer industry, halal shopping group exploration, national certification information transparency, and certification step teaching).
6. Participate in the “Muslim Certification Research” project of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Trade Bureau, responsible for the analysis of the consumption trends and certifications of the local Muslim certification and halal products of the United Arab Emirates including (Muslim consumer industry, halal shopping group exploration, national certification information transparency, and certification procedures teaching).
