Hello! My name is 林怡辰, You can call me Elaine, I was born in 1990 and raised in Taipei. I am a humble, optimistic, and proactive individual with a friendly personality. I enjoy learning new things and embracing challenges with courage. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Ming Chuan University in Taipei, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shih Chien University, also located in Taipei. These academic experiences have equipped me with solid expertise in finance, accounting, and related fields. Now I work as a Finance, Human Resources, and Admin Department supervisor at Brothers International Taiwan. In this role, I handle various accounting tasks such as accounts receivable posting, employee expense entry, business tax filing, and income declaration. Additionally, I manage human resources responsibilities, including payroll calculation, performance evaluation planning, employee attendance management, HR system administration, labor insurance, and retirement fund updates, organizing internal training courses and CSR activities, conducting interviews, mediating labor disputes, coordinating cross-departmental communication, and planning employee health checkups. Furthermore, I am also involved in general affairs tasks such as purchasing office supplies and equipment, managing company documents and contracts, and handling assignments from superiors. Before my current position, I served as an accounting specialist in Sentelic for 5 years. My responsibilities included accounts receivable and accounts payable entry, balance sheet preparation, depreciation expense accrual, fixed asset catalog consolidation, various income tax withholdings, business tax filing, income declaration, company establishment and registration-related affairs, long-term investment recognition, overseas company change-related matters, and annual budgeting for the entire company. Additionally, I worked as an accountant at the Tung & Co. CPA firm, where I managed account records, handled business tax filings, temporary tax payments, business income tax filings, individual income tax filings, conducted mid-term and year-end account reconciliations, and managed communication with the National Taxation Bureau.
