• Defined the product vision and target users according to user needs and marketing gap
• Conducted multiple research projects, design reviews, co-design sessions, and user testings to validate the design solutions and balance the business requirements with the needs of our customers
• Worked on features that drive acquisition and conversion at different stages (web and app)
• Discussed and analysed event trackings with PMs and engineers to identify user behaviour
• Built design systems and library for the website, iOS, and Android
• Collaborated with a cross-functional team, including Engineers (frontend, backend, data, and QA), PMs, Brandings, Writers, and Marketing to bridge the gap across product
