1. Assisted with the localization of five global programs, including internal mobility, offering process, referral policy, new hire job aids, and educational assistance, resulting in improved local employer branding and employee experience.
2. Initiated and led Peloton Taiwan's first campus hiring program, including the internal hiring process building up and designing promotional materials(videos, website, and trifold).
3. Partnered with the Software, Hardware, and IT teams for engineering roles hiring. Exceeded recruiting targets every month while creating a positive candidate experience and excellent internal customer service.
4. Scheduled interviews and coordinated debrief meeting for an average of 250 candidates and 45 last- minute interviewer replacements per quarter with a high level of attention to detail.
