Preparing schedule of preventive/weekely, monthly maintenance of plants at off days or gazette holiday. to monitor consumable budget & ensure it to be within budget. to check and making a list of physically stock status of spares and keep information to the manager manufacturing about the deficiency. to coordinate with purchase department & store in respect of timely availability of consumable spares whether imported or local for smooth running of plant. Providing operational awareness among the apprentice and groom up their caliber. to analyze & develop statistical data for production and give suggestions for further betterment.
