An experienced school psychologist and special education administrator, Eric Buries holds a bachelor of arts in English from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a master of arts in educational administration and special education from California State University-Los Angeles, and a master of arts in school psychology from Azusa Pacific University. While pursuing his postsecondary degrees, Eric Buries served as an educational specialist with the Rowland Unified School District in Rowland Heights, California. Other highlights of Mr. Buries career include tenures as a transition specialist/school psychologist with Washington’s Deer Park School District and a special education coordinator with California’s San Bernardino City Unified School District. Since 2015, he has lived in Rancho Cucamonga, California, where he conducts functional behavioral assessments and develops behavior intervention plans for students with existing or suspected disabilities as a special education director and school psychologist with the Encore Educational Corporation. When he isn’t working, Eric Buries enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and hiking. He also maintains a blog that focuses on his family.
