• Lead the junior investment advisers to visit clients whose assets were below five million NTW dollars. In charge of interpreting the global economy, promoting investment portfolios, and providing tax planning advice.
• Organized daily sales team meetings to educate junior investment advisers on promoting investment portfolios and interpreting the economic situation by the latest regional economic indicators, market indexes, and business newspapers. Junior team members increased their sales performance by 5%.
