• Collaborate with artwork and electrical engineers to create 700 bills of materials (BOM) for haircare electronics product for trial and production purposes. • Manage 100+ change requests from client and implement the latest revision for all parts and assemblies achieving 60% implementation rate according to the ongoing circumstances. • Manage more than 100 SKUs, with 100+ unique parts achieving 99% accuracy in BOM creation and latest revision parts implementation according to the ongoing circumstances. • Cooperate with NPI (New Product Introduction) engineers to do trials for plastic and painted parts, solving problems that occurred in production, and achieving production yield rate (good quality products) of 97%.
