Handled parts of engineering issues of GeForce 100~500 series of GPU product line (GT98/GT218/GF108/GF119) in department of Product Engineering of NVIDIA. Brought up new product to become mass production by raising low yield from 60% to 90% up.

負責GeForce系列晶片顯卡後端測試,提高新產品良率穩定度至量產.
測試,分析異常Bin, 跨不同部門與US總公司合作,
使新產品良率由60%調整至90%以上可量產.

此外蒐集產品不良Bin的data, 畫出分析曲線圖, 給各部門參考討論.

→ Successfully cooperated with US TE Team(Test Engineering) and NPE(New Product Engineering) team to raise low yield of new products from 60% to 90%.

→ Gathered/Defined SKU Binging(Testing range) of products on online systems (SAP/ Serus/ Windchil) and advised the marketing team in Hong Kong to transfer SKU Bin of products to meet client needs.

→ Identified the main cause of major failures in new/mature products under Linux Operating System; solved and improved the programs in the next version. (ex: tester environment/pattern binning/hardware issues should each be taken into account for products’ mass low yields)
