I was responsible for the following:

- Conducting interviews with stakeholders to discover and improve the usability of the product.
- Delivered high-quality artifacts such as user personas, wireframes, pixel-perfect layouts and interfaces, building a design system, presentations, and documentation.
- Delivered rapid prototypes to help developers better understand interactions.
- Utilized the user-centered design process and rapidly tested and iterated designs based on feedback from the product owner and end-users to ideate and improve the usability of the application.
- Assessed and optimized the performance of new and existing features by conducting usability testing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Responsible for product testing and QA/QC of each feature, improvement, and bug fix.
