● Be responsible for SSD sub-system, providing the solution to server system. ● Be familiar with SSD structure, SATA/PCIe protocol, and SSD FW debugging. ● Lead the storage sub-system (SSD and Backplane) design and deliver ● Maintain F/W, driver, Utilities of storage sub-system ● Be responsible for sub-system issuetroubleshooting. ● Leverage OEM vendor resource to provide proper solutions. ● Lead sub-system engineering work, include BOM/EC, manual, Change management

● Provide technical consulting for SSD,M.2 ,CF cards , Flash DOM ,SD card , USB drive and related application ● Handling customer complaint and failure analysis. ● Hardware and firmware debugging. ● Write technical documents and failure analysis report. ● Compile 8D report and product failure analysis report. ● Provide technical support for customer in development stage. ● Provide training to Sales and FAE of oversea branches. (Japan, Europe, Middle East area and Taiwan)

● Lead 5 team members to implement failure analysis and determine root cause. ● Interface suppliers and monitor production quality ,production record and make the improvement be done. ● Create and audit 8D report and failure analysis report ● Deal with customer complaint and technical inquiry ● Provide technical support directly and feedback for major customers (Braun, Osram, SEC, LG) ● Support FA improvement process to get certification of IATF 16949 for major customers (BOSCH and Continental)

● In charge of technical support for SSD, CF cards and flash storage modules ● Analyze the failure products and root cause. ● Coordinate with Sales and R&D departments for product development. ● Produce technical documents and reports. ● Provide training to Sales and FAE of oversea branches. (Japan, Germany, UK, and Taiwan) ● Support marketing; trade show and promotion. ● Survey the latest technology and new products of competitor.

● Responsible to program the project management & execution of cross-functional from initiation to completion. ● Develop detailed project plans and evaluate the product specification for customers. ● Survey and key component for POS. ● Monitor the design quality with vendors of motherboard ● Analyze technical problem and provide solution. ● Implement process improvements to reduce development time and cost ● Prepare test report of new product for customers.

● Design the circuit of NB motherboard and review PCBA layout. ● Ensure the design quality and comply with the specification. ● Build verification process and test plans. ● Control the NPI schedule. ● Survey AVL component and feasibility assessment
