- Forming and implementing organizational work innovations by creating SOPs, performance management, and performance assessments every semester there was a 30% increase in 2019; - Designing and implementing social media innovations with a focus on websites, instagram, and youtube with +40 photo posts and +10 videos in 1 period which saw a significant increase of 80% in 2019; and - Track sports activities by monitoring and evaluating the agenda of +10 activities from 8 sports a week.

- Representing and establishing good relationships with organizations on and off campus that result in cooperation in 2 collaboration events in 1 period; - Prepare and distribute press releases in collaboration with the Media and Support Science section of +10 social media posts of the organization in 1 period; and - Manage the problems of Resource Mobilization and Public Relations in the internal and external organizations with assertive communication that occurs in +5 cases in 1 period.
