Lead school operations to close the achievement gap and improve school climate; evaluate and coach school principals; lead all school improvement planning, development and resource allocation including Priority School District, Alliance and Title I grants; develop and manage school student-based budgets with principals and Finance Office.

Designed and revamped all new and existing district polices and procedures; was responsible for district school security, transportation, enrollment, school governance councils; spearheaded Leadership Talent Initiatives including the NPS Leadership Pipeline; advised and supported labor contract negotiations, facilities master planning.

Led 650 student inter-district magnet high school; was responsible for notable student achievement outcomes in a variety of indicators.
