1. Electric vehicle : 7.2kW on-board charger Prototyping
Implemented the time sequence, PLL, OCP, OVP and OTP function of
PFC.
Performed device driver development for output voltage and current
feedback control.
Developed EV CAN bus GUI with VB to generate control pilot signals to
communicate with the OBC charger.
Developed instrument control software with C#.
2. Smart lighting : 36W LED driver MP stage
Developed LED driver control gear for LED lamps in compliance with
IEC 62386 standard and DiiA specifications.
Tested and debugged LED drivers with scope and ProbitLab2 to achieve
DALI-2 certification.
Corrected calibration parameters of output voltage and current.
Trained factory engineers how to do DALI function test.
Developed testing jig included seven segment display driver and DALI
communication protocol for customer to set maximum output current.
3. Electric vehicle : 2.2kW bi-directional DC/DC power module Prototyping
Performed device driver development for ADC, GPIO, KBI and fan
control driver.
Verified hardware OCP and OVP functions with checking warning code.
