I work on the product team at "518熊班". We are building a talent matchmaking platform for job seekers and companies, offering easy resume creation and application experiences to help companies quickly find the right talent.

- Responsible for guiding and managing the design team to ensure that their work aligns with the company's goals and brand positioning.
- Develop and execute design strategies to ensure alignment between design outputs and company objectives.
- Manage design projects, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Provide design guidance to help team members improve design quality and efficiency.
- Used performance data to help develop revenue-boosting strategy plans with PM and Marketing.
- Ensure that work such as UI/UX design, visual design, and event page design aligns with product objectives.
- Provide appropriate feedback on the work and output of team members for modification, adjustment, and optimization purposes.

- Executed brand overhaul, fully revamped dual-device interfaces, and defined associated specifications.
- Created UI Library to expedite design team's drafting process.
- Collaborated across departments for marketing efforts, participating in strategy discussions and executing related projects such as Landing pages, Banners, Edms, etc.

- K 歌卡啦吧雙系統 app 及 TV app 的 UI/UX 設計。
- 了解客戶的策略與產品需求，給予相對應的功能與視覺方案。
- 依據不同區域的用戶提供 TV app 的在地化設計。 
- 與工程及行銷跨部門協作，提出最佳設計解決方案，如 user flow、行銷活動頁面等。

- Designed UI/UX for the K歌卡拉吧 App and TV App.
- Understood customer strategies and product requirements to provide corresponding functional and visual solutions.
- Provided localized design for the TV App based on different regions.
- Collaborated with engineering and marketing departments to propose the best design solutions, such as User Flow and Landing Pages.

UI/UX Designer

- Executed Web UI/UX design for various clients across industries including banking, healthcare, education, optoelectronics, pharmaceuticals, and shipping.
- Managed and assigned tasks within a small team, ensuring progress on front-end layout projects and maintaining quality of design assistant's work.
- Handled graphic visual design tasks such as Banners, Posters, and business card printing.
- Managed front-end RWD page layouts and basic JQuery configurations.
