Responsible for maintaining daily Power Generation & Utilization reports of Gas Engines and Air Consumption reports of Compressors. . Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of 5 Compressors [BOGE S100-2, GD-ESM 55, GA-90VSD & two ZR-315 Compressors]. . Responsible for the routine & preventive maintenance of Compressors, Heat exchangers, 3-phase pumps, dryers,cooling towers, Exhaust fans, Supply fans, bus bars, panels etc. . Hands On Experience of the Installation of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) to overcome the fluctuations of Voltage from Main Grid (connected with HESCO supply). . Hands on Experience of the Installation of Transformers, MTU gas Engine, and Transmission of underground Cables etc. . Responsible for Visiting the Engine Hall on daily basis to monitor the Operation & Maintenance of Gas Engines & questioning to the duty staff to get the basic information about the Operation & Maintenance of Gas Engines [ JGS-320, JGS-420, JMS-612, MTU, CAT3520E, CAT3520C × 2 & Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB)].
